- Evidence should lead to INSIGHT
- Give each other TIME to process questions
- Too many questions; not enough ANSWERS
- When ideas are become repetitive- clarify/verify/summarize and MOVE ON.
- Rubric is NOT a checklist
- Provide 2-3 best pieces of evidence for each of the 3 themes (post-it notes)

- Submit card with themes listed in order of preference for Summative SI
